Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
If you still have PillNest Pro installed, you can remove your account in a few taps. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
- Open the PillNest Pro app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and all associated data are erased from our backend right away.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, email us and we'll delete your account for you:
- Send an email to jasminbhesaniyajb@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the email address registered to your account so we can verify ownership.
We verify that the request comes from the account owner and typically complete the deletion within a few days — and no later than 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your login credentials and account.
- Your profile and display name.
- The medicines you added (name, form, strength, dose and instructions).
- Your dose schedules and reminder settings.
- Your dose history (taken / skipped / missed) and remaining-supply counts.
Is deletion permanent?
Yes. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not keep backups of your health data after deletion. In limited cases we may retain minimal records where required by law or for security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
