PillNest Pro does not replace the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use PillNest Pro.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PillNest Pro for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Interfere with other users' access to or use of the service.
4. The service is provided “as is”
PillNest Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered, as notification delivery depends on your device, operating system and settings outside our control. You remain responsible for taking your medication.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PillNest Pro and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any missed dose, health outcome, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
6. Privacy
Your use of PillNest Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of PillNest Pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
