Information we collect
Account information. Your email address (required to create an account and sign in) and an optional display name.
Health-related information you enter. The medicines you add (name, form, strength, dose, instructions, category), your schedules and reminder times, and your dose history (taken / skipped / missed) along with remaining-supply counts.
We only collect what you type into the app. We do not access your device's health records, contacts, location, photos, or microphone.
How we use your information
- To show your medicines, schedules, adherence history and reports.
- To send you local reminder notifications on your device.
- To authenticate you and keep your data in sync across sessions.
We use your information solely to provide the app's features. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where your data is stored
Your account and health data are stored with our backend provider, Supabase (PostgreSQL), protected by Row Level Security so that only you can read or write your own records. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Reminder schedules and your app preferences (such as theme and snooze duration) are also stored locally on your device.
Notifications
PillNest Pro schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to take your medicines. You can disable reminders at any time in Profile → Notifications, or in your device's system settings.
Data retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account. This immediately removes your account, medicines, schedules and dose history from our backend and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
Children's privacy
PillNest Pro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We rely on Supabase's managed infrastructure, per-user Row Level Security policies, and TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
